Nationwides Level 2 Door Supervisor Training Program. It takes six days to finish this course, plus one extra day for preparation. It is the most well-liked and most effective course for landing a job because it qualifies you to operate in the majority of security business sectors. (Offices, factories, warehouses, corporate, lobby areas, stores, construction sites, mobile patrols, bars, and clubs, etc.) This will enable you to apply for a SIA license to operate as a security guard or door supervisor.

*Candidates must be at least 18 years old, have identification, and not have a major criminal record from the previous five years. Full details on identity documents and the offenses that might result in their refusing a license are available on the SIA website.

The entire course must be attended by candidates.

Please take note that a solid command of English is necessary if you wish to succeed in your selected course. Before beginning training on the first day of your course, you must pass a test in fundamental written English*

The course content is set out by the exam board and SIA. You will be taught Roles and Responsibilities, Behavioural Standards, Equality and Diversity, Civil and Criminal Law, Arrest, Licensing Law, Drugs Awareness, Searching, Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Customer Care, Emergencies, Recording Incidents and Communication and Conflict Management

Career Prospect

Businesses that sell alcohol, including small pubs, retailers, large nightclubs, cafés, restaurants, hotels, and sports facilities, may require trained security personnel who are qualified as door supervisors and hold a SIA license in addition to corporate establishments, private residences, and other organizations.

Assessment and Certification

3 times (Multiple Choice Question Paper) for theory evaluation. 1 practical evaluation.

The Regulated Qualification Framework (RQF) has granted approval for this qualification.
